MEDICAL STAFF
Staff Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Assures compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
- Provides proper and efficient service to the surgical team during operation
- Restores and promotes patient's health by educating them on best practices for recovery
- Cleans surgical equipment and operating rooms to maintain a sterile environment
- Documents patient care services
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with at least (1) year experience
- Ability to work for long hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and with positive working attitude
- Ability to adapt in high-pressure situations
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig

TELEMARKETER
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Present and explain products or services in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
- Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Comply with telemarketing regulations, company policies, and data privacy laws.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time, shifting schedules may apply, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, ChatGPT and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle service feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
- Has a friendly and persuasive personality that can turn inquiries into booked appointments.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Standard working hours with possible shifts, evenings, or weekends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telemarketer, call center representative, or in a sales role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Partnership Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development
- Identify and evaluate potential partners (corporate, institutional, community, mall tenant and government).
- Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives through joint campaigns, activations, and events.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities for collaborations.
- Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management on partnership outcomes.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Management to execute partnership activities.
- Coordinate joint promotions, campaigns, or activations with partner organizations.
- Ensure that partnership deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Administrative & Compliance
- Draft, review, and process partnership agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all partnership-related documents and communications.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and branding guidelines.
